5. Construction technology
1. Base preparation
★The substrate must be firm, flat, clean, free of dust, greasy, wax, release agent, etc. and other debris;
★All small pores and sand holes can be mixed into a wet mass with the plugging king and a little water, and then smoothed;
★Before applying the slurry, fully moisten the substrate in advance, but there should be no stagnant water;
2. Construction technology
★ When using, add cement and stir according to the ratio of (slurry:cement=1:1), add cement sand according to the rafio of (slurry: sand is and=1:2) use a brush or roller brush to mix it directly Brush the slurry on the base surface, carefully check for missing brushes or defects. Intermittent stirring should be maintained during operation to prevent sedimentation;
★ For moisture-proof, one layer can be applied;for waterproof, at least two Iayers should be applied, The multi-layer construction method should be adopted, and the standard amount should be used for construction, and the thickness of a single layer should not exceed 1mm;
★ After the first layer is completely dry (about 2-4 hours), apply the second layer. The brushing direction of the second layer should be perpendicular to the brushing direction of the first layer;

6. Matters needing attention
★ This product is suitable for use in an environment of 5ºC~35ºC, and must be protected from rain, hot sunlight and frost during the construction process;
★ The slurry after opening and adjustment should be used up within 2 hour. Do not mix the dried glue with water before using it;
★ After the waterproof layer is completely dried, other covering layers can be used;

7. Reference dosage
When the thickness of the waterproof membrane is 1.0mm, the theoretical dosage is about 0.3-0.6kg/. The actual amount depends on the specific base surface conditions.
