NBS brand APP Plastic Modified Bitumen Waterproofing Membrane, made with high-quality asphalt gum add random polypropylene (APP) or polyolefin polymers (APAO, APO) modified resins, through a special process formulated into a high polymer modified asphalt materials, in the middle of the reinforced carcass, covered with a variety of surface materials together.

4. The scope of application

5. Product Specification:
Types are divided into polyester tyre (PY), glass fibre tyre (G) and glass fibre reinforced polyester felt (PYG) according to the tyre base. According to the upper surface isolation material is divided into polyethylene film (PE), fine sand (S) and mineral granules (M). 6. Construction technology
1. Base preparation
Before construction, clean up the base surface of dust and debris, to ensure that there is no balling, loosening, peeling and other phenomena.
2. Construction technology
★The coil can be constructed by hot melt method or cold bonding method alone, or by hot and cold combination method, i.e., large area with cold bonding method and lap joints with hot melt method.
★Hot melt method: use flame gun or torch to bake the bottom surface of the coil and the base surface, so that the asphalt on the surface of the coil melting, baking side of the roll forward rolled coil followed by pressure roller rolling, so that it is firmly bonded with the grass-roots level or the coil.
★Cold bonding method: first of all, the adhesive evenly brushed on the substrate and coil, slightly cooled and dried to paste the coil, followed by a pressure roller rolling, the coil below the air extrusion, so that the coil is flat, close, firmly pasted on the substrate.
3. Matters needing attention
★ Construction is strictly prohibited on rainy, snowy days and windy days above grade 5.
★  The temperature of construction environment should not be lower than 0ºC.
★ When precipitation occurs during construction, the protection work of the laid coil should be done.
★  The distance between the nozzle of the flame heater and the coil surface should be moderate, and the heating should be even within the width, and the coil surface should be melted to the degree of glossy black, and the coil should not be over-heated.
★ Safety protection facilities are complete in the construction site, and fire-fighting equipments are placed according to regulations.
4. Packaging, Transport and Storage
★When storing and transporting, different types and specifications of products should be stored separately and should not be mixed. Avoid sunshine and rain, pay attention to ventilation.
★The storage temperature should not be higher than 5-45°C, and the products can only be stored in a single layer, not more than two layers in the process of transport.
★Prevent tilting or horizontal pressure when transporting, cover with felt if necessary.
★Under normal storage and transport conditions, the storage period is one year from the date of production.

7. Shelf life:
Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is two year.
