5. Construction technology
1) Base preparation
The substrate must be firm, flat, clean, free of dust, greasy, wax, release agent, etc. and other debris;
‚ All small pores and sand holes can be mixed with high-elastic powder and a little water to form a wet mass, and smooth it;
ƒ Before applying the slurry, fully moisten the substrate in advance, but there should be no stagnant water.
2) Pour the powder into a container with slurry, stir mechanically for 3 minutes until there is no precipitated colloid, and then let it stand for 3-5 minutes, then stir it for use. Intermittent stirring should be maintained during use to prevent precipitation.
3) Use a hard-bristled brush, roller or spray machine to evenly brush or spray the mixed slurry on the damp substrate; layer construction, the second layer should be applied perpendicular to the first layer; each layer The thickness must not exceed 1mm.
6. Matters needing attention
1) This product is suitable for use in an environment of 5ºC~35ºC, and must be protected from rain, hot sunlight and frost during the construction process.
2) The slurry should be used up within 2 hours after the adjustment. Do not mix the dried slurry with water before using it.
3) After the waterproof layer is completely dried, other covering layers can be used.
7. Reference dosage
When the thickness of the waterproof membrane is 1.0mm, the theoretical dosage is about 1.8-2.3kg/. The actual amount depends on the specific base surface conditions.
