Conventional specifications:Nominal width of the coil is 1000mm;Thickness:1.2mm,1.5mm,2.0mm;Length:25mm,20mm,15mm.

Construction technology
1. Base preparation
Base treatment: Base should be solid, flat and dry, clean, no sand, dust and oil, unevenness and cracks should be made up with mortar, the base should be inspected and accepted before construction, and cleaned up and swept after meeting the requirements, and hoover or high-pressure dust blower should be used to blow clean if necessary.
2. Construction technology
★Painting base treatment agent: before paving coil, base treatment agent should be painted, painting should be even and completely cover all the parts of coil to be pasted, not to be omitted and piled up.
★ Detailed node processing: base level treatment agent dry in a timely manner in accordance with the relevant norms or design requirements for the need to do additional waterproofing layer parts of the treatment. The coil is not easy to paste the fine parts of the appropriate use of a blowtorch to assist. General parts of the additional layer of the coil should be full adhesion to the base level, stress concentration parts should be according to the specification of air paving.
★Large-surface construction: after the horizontal surface base treatment agent is dry, the coil should be paved in time. When paving, first fix the starting end and then gradually unfold it, uncover the isolation material at the same time, and lay it from low to high.
★Vertical facade: coil with base and coil with coil are constructed by full bonding method. Vertical coil head, should be fixed with metal pressure strip, and then closed with coil sealing paste or coil head sealed in the wall grooving.

Matters needing attention
★The temperature of construction environment should not be lower than 5°C.
★When precipitation occurs during the construction process, the paved membrane should be well protected.
★ The paving can be carried out with the help of hot-melt construction at low temperature or large local stress.
★ After paving the coil on the façade, the coil end should be fixed or embedded in the groove on the top of the wall and sealed with sealing material.
4. Packaging, Transport and Storage
★When storing and transporting, different types and specifications of products should be stored separately and should not be mixed. Avoid sunshine and rain, pay attention to ventilation.
★The storage temperature should not be higher than 5-45°C, and the products can only be stored in a single layer, not more than two layers in the process of transport.
★Prevent tilting or horizontal pressure when transporting, cover with felt if necessary.
★ Under normal storage and transport conditions, the storage period is one year from the date of production.
