NBS red rubber exposed roofing special product is a new generation of roofing waterproof coating made of imported rubber emulsion as base material, which is grafted with water-based epoxy resin and refined under the promotion of imported additives. 5. Construction technology
1. Base preparation
★Base surface treatment: the base surface requirements must be smooth, firm, clean, no water, no leakage, uneven and cracks must be levelled first, leakage must be first plugging treatment, Yin and Yang Angle should be made into an arc Angle;
2. Construction technology
★ Coating with roller or brush, according to the selected construction method, according to the bottom layer → lower coating → non-woven fabric → medium coating → top coating order to complete layer by layer;
★ Coating should be as uniform as possible, not locally deposited or too thick or too thin.

6. Matters needing attention
★ can not be constructed below 4 ° C or in the rain, do not construction in a particularly humid and unventilated environment, otherwise it will affect film formation;
★ after construction, we should carefully check all parts of the entire project, especially weak links, find problems, find out the cause and repair in time.
★ Theoretical dosage: 2kg/m when the film is coated 1mm, the actual dosage depends on the situation.

7. Reference dosage
When the thickness of the waterproof membrane is 1.0mm, the theoretical dosage is about 1.5-2.5kg/. The actual amount depends on the specific base surface conditions.
